Data Strategist/Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Data Strategist/Solutions Architect to work with FAMLI Product Owners, Service Directors, and Design Leads to identify key reporting metrics for employer registration and Declaration of Intent.

Contributions

• Configure the reports in Salesforce (utilizing Salesforce’s OOTB reporting capabilities with support from Salesforce engineers).
• Begin planning for more full-featured reporting capabilities (not limited to Salesforce reporting) to support the needs of FAMLI through quarterly wage reporting and premium payments (October 2025) and beyond.
• Design, implement, and evolve solutions to meet FAMLI’s MVP data needs.
• Plan for and lead the evolution of FAMLI’s MVP reporting capabilities during the first few years.

Qualifications

‍Skills‍

• Data background should include some combination of strategy, product management, customer experience, and technical experience
• Ability to discuss requirements with stakeholders and make recommendations for MVP metrics and reporting functionality to fit those needs
• Technical expertise to implement MVP solutions.

‍Qualifications ‍Required:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar technology-related degree.
• Demonstrated interest in and ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
• Ability to discuss technical tasks and team process topics with team members and outside stakeholders.
• Ability to operate and manage work, strategically reason, and build relationships and influence others.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain and government security clearance.
