- Architect and oversee integrations between the internal Salesforce application and external web application, including API strategy, data mapping, and performance optimization.
- Lead requirements gathering, translating complex business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions within Salesforce, and effectively bridging the gap between functional requirements and product delivery.
- Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to Salesforce, managing large datasets and complex transformations.
- Optimize Salesforce architecture, including flows, automation, security configurations, and performance tuning, employing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, including developers, technical leads, integration developers, and data architects, reviewing code, providing design input, and keeping teams unblocked.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, service designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Champion the effective utilization of benefits management tools within Salesforce PSS.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by leading upcoming release briefings, participating in technology solution reviews, and contributing to a common component library.
- Support business customers with timely support and remediation for bugs/outages.
